Delegates require: (1) Official nomination letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on official letterhead, (2) A valid diplomatic or official passport copy, (3) A high-resolution official photograph (minimum 300 DPI), and (4) A completed online registration form. All documents must be submitted in PDF format.
Standard processing time is 5 business days from receipt of complete documentation. Diplomatic accreditation may take up to 10 business days due to additional verification requirements. Applicants will receive email notifications at each stage of the process.
No. Each individual may only hold one accreditation category per event. If you are both a delegate and a media professional, you must choose the primary role you will fulfil during the event. Please contact the accreditation office if you have specific dual-role requirements.
Lost badges must be reported immediately to the accreditation desk at the venue. A replacement badge can be issued upon verification of identity with valid photo ID. A replacement fee may apply. The lost badge will be deactivated immediately upon reporting to maintain security.
OACPS is committed to inclusive access. Please indicate any accessibility requirements during registration. We provide wheelchair-accessible facilities, sign language interpretation upon request, and dedicated support staff. For specific needs, please contact accessibility@oacps.int at least 30 days before the event.
Accreditation is strictly personal and non-transferable. If a registered delegate cannot attend, the nominating organisation must submit a formal request for substitution at least 7 days before the event, along with all required documents for the replacement individual.
